How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@circleunchained.app from the address used at checkout.
2. Include your license key or order ID.
3. A short reason helps us improve the product, but is not required.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

When a Refund May Be Denied

• The request is made more than 15 days after purchase.
• The license has been activated on more than 5 devices, or shows signs of sharing/resale.
• Evidence of bulk downloading and refund abuse (download, refund, repeat).
• Chargebacks already filed with your bank — please contact us first; chargebacks waive your refund eligibility and result in license termination.

Free Tier

The free version of Circle Unchained does not require payment, so no refunds apply. You may uninstall it at any time from your browser's extension settings.
